Little Birdie Crafts: Mixed Media Layout

Hey crafty friends!
I was recently introduced to Little Birdie Crafts, when I was sent some of their stunning products to get crafty with, and I have fallen in LOVE.

Today I am sharing my first layout created using some of their gorgeous flowers, chipboard and chalk paint. Here are all of the details.

Project Recipe:

Little Birdie Crafts
handmade flowers, primed chipboard, chalk paint

Blue Fern Studios-
patterned paper

Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L
3D Foam Squares, Creative Photo Corners- Kraft, E-Z Runner Grand, Crafty Power Tape, Adhesive Dots (mini, medium)

Distress Oxide Ink-
Fossilized Amber, Vintage Photo, Antique Linen

Distress Spray Stain- Vintage Photo

Edge Distresser

Buttons, Natural Burlap String, Tag, Tickets

I started by painting and inking my chipboard. Then added colour to my background patterned paper using Distress Oxide Inks. A spritz of water and Distress Stain and I was ready to build the layout.

I used en edge distresser to distress the edges of all of the patterned papers and cardstock matted layers. Once I added the matted photo, I began creating clusters of the gorgeous Little Birdie handmade flowers.

The Little Birdie Crafts Chalk Paint, gives the perfect finish to the chipboard.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
