Brown cardstock is the background piece. Cut the sunset background patterned paper to 11×11 and adhere to the background. Cut a frame from chipboard that is 11×11 on the outside and 1” thick. Add twine around the corners of the chipboard. Set aside for now.
Cut pieces of sandpaper of all things to create mounds (Dunes) of sand. Adhere to the back of the frame in layers using thin 3D foam squares. Adhere the frame to the background using crafty foam tape.
Find and cut out the “Life is a beautiful thing” sentiment and flag one end. Adhere to the top corner of the layout using foam squares. Cut a strip of the beige patterned paper that is 2.5×9 and tear both ends. Adhere to the middle of the layout. Mat the photo in kraft and white cardstock. Add kraft photo corners to the corners of the photo and adhere to the middle of the layout using foam squares.
Stamp and die cut 2 sets of the cloud images onto white cardstock using black ink (Staz On- Jet Black). Add colour to the clouds using Zig Clean Color Markers and a waterbrush (Pink, Bright Yellow, Cobalt Blue). Adhere the clouds to either side of the matted photo.
Stamp and die cut 1 of each of the following using black ink on white cardstock: lighthouse, fence, boat, seagull post and 2 of the sea grass.
Add colour to the images using Zig Clean Color Markers and a waterbrush (Beige, Carmine Red, Light Grey, Bright Yellow, Light Green, Blue Grey, Mid Green, Dark Brown, Oatmeal). Adhere these pieces around the sand dunes using foam squares.
