Hello craft friends! Another month brings another fabulous challenge from Creative Embellishments Chipboard. I love the challenges each month from Creative Embellishments, and this one was particularly fun. I love to create spooky little cards and such for Halloween. Here are all of the details.
I created a simple layered bard base using white, black and purple cardstock. I used Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool to blend the edges of the purple cardstock. Then used a green mister to splatter around the edges. Let dry.
The twist this month was to dig something out of your crafty stash…well I covered the oval frame using an embossing powder that I have had for…..well A LOT of years. Then come to find out, it had never been opened haha
I then covered the witch image using a different (charred gold) embossing powder. Using adhesive dots I added the frame to the card base. Then I used foam squares to add the witch. I created the sentiment using letter stickers, matted in white cardstock. Then for a little extra sparkle I added some black gems.
